Acceptance
By downloading or using Shuffly (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or attempt to disrupt the app, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Content you provide
Photos you choose as puzzles remain yours and stay on your device (see our privacy policy). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you select.
Advertising
The app is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob in a child-directed, family-safe configuration. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, though we require them to meet Google's G-rated Families standards.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
